This program, I have been working with for the last 20 years and it has helped 100s of clients lose on average 15 kilos and 10% bodyfat over a 2 month period. The program is designed to be done over an eight week period and for optimum effect it should be done 2 times per week for the first 4 weeks and then 3 times per week for the next 4 weeks. Each session is designed to last for a maximum of 90mins with a day recovery between each session.
Our program is very easy to follow and is suitable for begineers. All our exercises are clearly demonstrated and explained, we also recommend that you are over 16 before you start on this program and have access to a gym or health club. Over the last 20 years , I have developed 10 Weight and Fat Loss programs, program 1 will be launched in August 2023 with a new program release every 3 months
